Montafoner Käsknöpfle

A traditional dish made of small soft dumpling-like noodles mixed with local cheeses and topped with fried onions. One of the most classic dishes of the region.

Riebel
A simple traditional dish made from cornmeal and wheat semolina, fried until crumbly. Often served with milk, applesauce, or cheese.

Brösel
A rustic dish made from flour, water, salt and sometimes potato, fried into golden-brown crumbs. Served as a main dish or side.
