Speck (Carinthian smoked ham)
Dry-cured and cold-smoked ham, often sliced thin. A beloved regional delicacy usually served with bread, pickles, and cheese.

Alpine cheeses
Various local cheeses made from mountain pasture milk. Try the Nockberge Almkäse, a firm cheese with a rich flavor.

Kärntner Reindling

A sweet yeast cake filled with cinnamon, raisins, and sometimes nuts. Often served as a dessert or with coffee.

Kasnudeln
